On-Site Interpreting

In-person interpreting for court proceedings, clinical consultations, tribal council sessions, and government hearings. Each interpreter is matched to the specific setting, language pair, and cultural protocol required.

We cover rural and mid-size communities where national staffing firms do not maintain rosters. Requests are handled directly — no dispatch queue, no routing delay.

Remote Interpreting

Video remote interpreting (VRI) and over-the-phone interpreting (OPI) for urgent or high-frequency needs — ER intake, intake screenings, and administrative hearings where on-site coverage is not feasible.

Interpreters are drawn from the same vetted regional network. Clients receive a named interpreter for recurring engagements, not a random queue assignment.

LEP compliance audits, interpreter roster planning, and language access policy development for healthcare systems, municipal agencies, and tribal governments navigating Pacific Northwest regulatory requirements.
